Francis D. Madeksiak

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Fran Madeksiak entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. He was the Devoted father of Kristy (Isaiah) and Corey. He was the loving Pop to Isla, Isaiah and soon to be arriving #3. Fran is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Dolores Madeksiak. He is survived by his siblings, Georgeanne (Bob), Charlene (Mike), Greg (Paulette), Chuck (Connie), Michelle (Gary), and Chris (Lisa) and the late Kathy and Kenneth “Bug” (Karen) Madeksiak. Fran was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Fran will be remembered for his love of family, his strength and the lasting impact he had on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
Friends and family can visit Saturday morning, April 11, 2026, from 9 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at Cieplinski Funeral Home, 1018 S. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA, followed by MASS at St. Stanislaus Church, 242 Fitzwater Street, Philadelphia PA at 11 A.M.

Fran was the big brother I never had. He was truly my hero. As cool as he was, and he was cool, he always took the time to play with us younger guys too. I will never forget that about Fran and vow to always pay his kindness forward. I was really saddened to hear of his passing. My heartfelt condolences to the wonderful family he left behind.
I’m really gonna miss ya dude.
I can still hear Fran’s voice saying, “Hey Con” every time I saw him. Forever in my Heart Fran and will always Love You.. you will be missed by so many who knew/loved You. I thank Chuck for bringing me into this wonderfully close family for the last 38 years. Hugs to all who loved Fran!!
Played ball with Franny. What a gentleman n good player. Loved hanging out after n laughing. Truely a good person.
My prayers go out to the Madeksiak Family,Sad to hear about thier loss haven’t seen fran since my son pete played hockey with his nephew always was a good guy.

All the years that I’ve known Fran, he had only made me smile and laugh. I will always remember him this way and for the way that he treated others.
So sorry to hear that Franny passed away grew up with him at Shot Tower keeping his family in my thoughts and prayers
